Per our call with the manager yesterday this person will be more of an Netsuite accountant or controller. They need to have worked through Netsuite implementations but it's an Accounting role not as technical. They will work with the current accountant to help with day to day operations like invoices, data etc. high level. 15 years at least.

We are seeking a highly experienced NetSuite professional for 8 week contract to support our team through a critical post-implementation phase. Our NetSuite go-live is scheduled for September 2, 2025, and we need a strong partner to ensure we are fully leveraging the system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with transaction processing and validation
• Support month-end close and ensure accurate financials
• Build and optimize reporting tools and saved searches
• Provide hands-on guidance to accounting staff
• Ensure best practices are followed for the overall system usage as well as SuiteBilling and Suite Project Pro
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Extensive experience with NetSuite implementations
• Knowledge of SuiteBilling module and Revenue Recognition rules
• Background in Service/SaaS industry accounting
• Operates at an Accounting Manager to Controller level
• Able to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
This is a high-impact role requiring a
NetSuite "heavy hitter"
who can hit the ground running and bring deep expertise to ensure a successful launch and stabilization period.
