AllSearch Recruiting is working with a national commercial real estate firm to identify a
Property Manager
to oversee operations at a
Class A mixed-use property
in the Bethesda, MD area. This role is responsible for day-to-day property management, tenant relations, vendor coordination, and financial oversight for a high-visibility commercial asset.
This position focuses on
single-property management , offering the opportunity to take ownership of operations, tenant coordination, and property performance.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of a Class A mixed-use commercial property (retail and/or office components)
Respond to tenant service requests and coordinate resolution with engineering and vendors
Supervise onsite staff and third-party vendors supporting property operations
Assign and track work orders to ensure timely and quality completion
Review and approve invoices and property-related payables
Oversee rent collection and coordinate with Accounts Receivable on delinquencies
Prepare and manage tenant correspondence including lease notices, insurance requests, and commencement documentation
Maintain accurate lease files, tenant records, and property documentation
Solicit vendor bids, negotiate service contracts, and oversee capital improvement and tenant improvement projects
Coordinate utility accounts and common area services for the property
Qualifications:
3+ years of commercial property management experience
(office, retail, medical, or industrial properties)
Experience managing a commercial property or portfolio , including tenant relations, vendor coordination, and financial oversight
Experience supervising property staff, vendors, or third-party service providers
Experience with lease administration , including tenant correspondence, rent collection, and documentation
Availability to respond to after-hours property emergencies as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
(or equivalent experience)
Compensation:
Base salary in the 95k - 105k/year range, plus bonus potential
23+ days PTO + 11 paid holidays
