Responsibilities
Ensuring member satisfaction through courteous, accurate, and efficient service.
Providing general information to members about our Credit Union Services.
Referring members to products and services that will assist them in achieving financial success.
Learning a variety of channels and systems to perform member transactions.
Utilizing resources to resolve member concerns on the first contact.
Informing your manager of member needs regarding our products and services.
Demonstrating our core values of Honesty and Integrity, Respect and Dignity, Growth and Performance, and Improvement and Accountability in your behavior at work.
Qualifications
A High School Diploma or GED.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to use a calculator and handle cash efficiently and accurately.
The ability to learn a variety of channels and systems.
The ability to maintain confidentiality of Credit Union records.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of the Financial Industry.
Prior Experience in a Customer Service role.
This role will also require some physical abilities including the ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift 20-40 pounds of office supplies, reach keyboards, and operate basic office machines.
