Parts Counter Associate Responsibilities:
Order, receive, stock, and process parts
Supply technicians with automotive parts
Assist with inventory management and logistics
Create bin locations for new stock
Ensure parts and accessory supply is stocked on shelves in the proper location
Notify customer on parts arrival
Notify of shortage & damage discrepancies
Prepare items for returns and shipping
Deliver parts
Light forklift duties
Process warranty scrap
Keep workspace neat and orderly
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry
Twisting, turning, bending, lifting involved
Parts Counter Associate Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Passion for helping others
Excellent customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Dependable
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Strong work ethic
