
Client Partner

The Client Partner will own customer relationship for a very large account from a Delivery, Revenue, Growth and P&L perspective. As a Client Partner, key responsibilities will include:
Drive the P&L growth of a strategic customer account by building a strong customer rapport with Customer CxO organisation and Senior leadership
Have Sales and Delivery aptitude to exceed customer commitments consistently and drive account growth by expanding TCS footprint within all customer portfolios.
Focus on protecting and expanding TCS business in existing portfolios / service lines.
Implement strategies and actions to penetrate across new service lines, growth areas, and non-CIO business areas
Understand client needs and drive Sales by identifying new business opportunities and delivering win-win innovative Solutions leveraging TCS RnI capabilities and new emerging technologies leveraging GenAI / Agentic AI etc.
Focus on Consultative sales, strategy definition, forge new relationships from scratch, to enable strategic, complex, transformation projects encompassing people, process and technology
Develop Account strategies and business plan for account growth. Drive Business Relationship Managers, Engagement managers to achieve the desired results
Address customer concerns, escalations and issues in a timely and accurate manner
Own the P&L targets for the customer entity including revenue growth and Operational excellence (revenue, margins, resource pyramids, collections etc.)
Take end to end accountability of TCS delivery excellence and Seamless customer experience at all levels with TCS delivery (Consulting led, Say/do ratio, Metrics/KPI Outcome driven)
Lead Strategic quarterly governance with Customer CXO Organization
Build strong customer relationship and focus on ensuring high customer satisfaction with excellent Customer
Focus on business development ensuring end to end accountability for responding to RFPs, RFIs and proactive opportunities by coordinating across the TCS ecosystem
Have strong business acumen and ability to adapt to the Life Sciences business domain and learn the business language to effectively drive customer communications and engaging in their strategic roadmap dialog.
Demonstrate thought leadership by way of expressing ideas and giving solutions that solves the organizational and/or business challenges.
Qualifications:
Previous Experience in Client Facing roles with P&L responsibilities
Ability to understand customer strategic needs and map them to TCS offerings
Should have managed and grown a large customer relationship
Salary Range: $200,000-230,000 a year
