Job Description
Provide day‑to‑day functional support for
Oracle ERP systems , ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Analyze user requirements
and
deliver tailored solutions , including system enhancements and custom reports.
Develop and maintain reports using
Oracle Report Builder and SQL .
Support and optimize Oracle applications, ensuring performance, accuracy, and data integrity.
Administer and maintain Oracle and SQL databases, including basic troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
Collaborate with business users (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations) to improve system utilization and efficiency.
Act as a key point of contact for ERP‑related issues, enhancements, and user support.
Support Microsoft Office tools and general IT‑related user requests when required.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP support, development, or related roles.
Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Applications, Oracle Database, and SQL.
Proven experience in report development and system customization.
Good understanding of business processes in manufacturing or FMCG is an advantage.
Strong problem‑solving skills with a user‑oriented mindset.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
