Public Relations Intern

We have an opportunity with the Infoblox Internship Program for a Public Relations Intern to join our Corporate Communications team in the United States. This paid 40 hour/week summer internship offers an ability to learn how communications are shaped and managed from the ground up: with exposure to media relations, executive communications, analyst relations and social media. You’ll primarily gain hands‑on experience with public relations projects, working alongside a collaborative and driven communications team. This role is perfect for a curious, critical thinker who enjoys both writing and digging into research and is eager to build a career in public relations. The Public Relations intern will help to develop global communications content and identify opportunities to tell the Infoblox story in new and innovative ways. Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do Partner on cutting‑edge communications initiatives, including assisting on the development of long and short‑form content for executives Keep a close eye on the media landscape, maintaining a pulse on what’s trending and timely Bring the Infoblox message to new regions by helping to support our global storytelling Drive program tracking excellence, ensuring coverage is accurately represented in team platforms Partner with other marketing teams, including web team, to ensure key communications webpages remain up to date Be Prepared — What You Bring A passion for writing and a strong interest in building a career in public relations or communications Demonstrated critical thinking skills — you enjoy analyzing information, asking good questions, and turning research into clear recommendations or story ideas Ability to learn on the fly, appetite to understand complexities and a knack for breaking down complicated topics Education: Junior or Senior currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English or a related discipline.
