Responsibilities
Work closely with experienced Sales Representatives and Managers to build knowledge of clinical and product details, and selling techniques.
Receive training and independently study and prepare to perform at the highest level in operating rooms with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
Represent Stryker as a leader in the industry and marketplace.
Identify and promote solutions, and sell products that change patients’ lives.
Collaborate with the team to build your own business one customer and account at a time; prospect new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones.
Assist Sales Representatives in determining necessary resources – such as educational programs, product development initiatives, and sales strategies – and execute the plan.
Foster a culture and environment that attracts and retains top performers within CMF.
Qualifications
1+ years of B2B sales experience (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree required.
Comfortable adapting to new technology and business advancements.
Comfortable in emergency and operating room environments.
Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products and services, including marketing strategy, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
Capacity to manage competing priorities and remain adaptable as daily demands change.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain sales relationships.
Prepared to spend up to 90% of time in the field—customers, sales professionals, including some weekends and overnight travel.
Highly organized and able to manage a busy schedule.
Must own a personal car to transport product inventory and support customer visits.
Learns from setbacks and develops tactics to minimize recurrence.
Benefits $70,000-$85,000 base salary and potential for bonus plus benefits.
