As the Leasing Manager, you'll supervise leasing associates, drive maximum occupancy, and ensure resident retention through exceptional customer service and strategic marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Lead and train the leasing team on KPG Best Practices and procedures. Conduct daily leasing huddles to track performance and set marketing priorities. Monitor accuracy in leasing data and ensure compliance with documentation requirements. Lease apartments through multiple channels and provide excellent customer service. Coordinate move‑ins and move‑outs for a seamless resident experience. Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and assist with resident retention strategies. Maintain excellent curb appeal and assist with rent collection and office organization. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. Sales experience necessary. Proficiency in MS Office and Excel; experience with Yardi and MaxLeases is a plus. Strong communication skills. Ability to speak a second language is desirable. Ability to solve problems and follow detailed instructions effectively.
