Job Summary: We are seeking a hands-on
Salesforce Architect
to work directly with business stakeholders and technology teams to re-architect and optimize our initial Salesforce implementation. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
and be capable of evaluating out-of-the-box functionality vs. customizations to streamline our CRM ecosystem and align it with business goals.
Key Responsibilities: Partner closely with business and product teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. Evaluate current implementation and recommend architectural improvements, particularly around out-of-the-box features and existing customizations. Design and implement best-practice solutions within
Financial Services Cloud , with additional experience in
Sales Cloud
and/or
Marketing Cloud
considered a strong plus. Ensure architectural integrity, scalability, and security across Salesforce platforms. Collaborate with developers, admins, and integration teams to ensure smooth delivery and ongoing support. Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with deep knowledge of
FSC , especially in the context of financial services organizations. Familiarity with
Sales Cloud
and
Marketing Cloud
is a strong advantage. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage directly with stakeholders at all levels. Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Financial Services Cloud Specialist).
