Requirements and Qualifications :
Develop and implement data strategy frameworks aligned with business and regulatory goals Design and deliver data products and mesh architectures to enable enterprise-scale analytics Lead data management efforts including MDM (Informatica) and Data Governance (Collibra) Provide architectural guidance on Azure cloud, Databricks, and Informatica PC Collaborate with BI/Analytics teams to derive insights and build ML/AI-enabled solutions Drive discussions on FinCrime data use cases including AML and KYC Interact with senior stakeholders, contributing thought leadership and industry expertise Support regulatory and compliance initiatives related to data 12-15 years of experience in banking and financial services Strong hands-on expertise in Azure, Databricks, Informatica PowerCenter, MDM, Collibra Deep understanding of data mesh, data product design, and governance frameworks Prior experience working with Canadian banks is highly desirable Proven thought leadership through published papers, whitepapers, or conference speaking engagements
