Salesforce Developer with Proven Vlocity Experience
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with proven expertise in Vlocity to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce development, including Vlocity's industry-specific solutions. This role requires designing, developing, and implementing Vlocity solutions in the Salesforce platform to address business needs, improve efficiency, and enhance user experience. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications with a focus on Vlocity's Industry Cloud solutions. Work closely with business analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce/Vlocity solutions. Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Vlocity-specific tools (OmniStudio, Vlocity Cards, Vlocity DataRaptor, etc.). Implement Vlocity industry-specific solutions in sectors such as telecommunications, insurance, healthcare, and utilities. Support integration of Vlocity with other external systems and Salesforce modules. Configure and customize Vlocity's OmniStudio, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Vlocity UI components. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the Salesforce and Vlocity solutions. Assist in code reviews, best practices, and ensure the scalability and maintainability of Vlocity applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and meet deadlines. Develop and maintain documentation for Vlocity solution designs, configurations, and customizations. Required Skills & Experience: Experience : 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with at least 1 year of direct experience working with Vlocity. Vlocity Expertise : Proficiency in Vlocity's OmniStudio, Vlocity DataRaptor, Integration Procedures, Vlocity Cards, and industry-specific templates. Salesforce Development : Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Flows, and integration techniques. Certifications : Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification (required), Vlocity Platform Developer or Consultant certification (preferred). Integration Skills : Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and other integration methods. Problem Solving : Ability to identify issues and provide scalable solutions within the Salesforce and Vlocity ecosystems. Communication : Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders. Development Tools : Experience with Salesforce development tools like VS Code, Salesforce CLI, and change sets. Preferred Skills: Experience with industry clouds, particularly in telecom, insurance, and healthcare. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology for project management. Strong understanding of data modeling and architecture best practices in Salesforce. Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) in Salesforce development.
