Job Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration and Development:
Administer and maintain our Salesforce platform, including user management, security, customization, and data integrity.
Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements, leveraging declarative tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Apex code.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements in Salesforce.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
PHP Development and WordPress Management:
Develop and maintain custom PHP applications to support various business needs.
Manage WordPress sites, including theme customization, plugin development, and performance optimization.
Ensure the security and stability of WordPress installations and implement best practices for site management.
Technical Leadership:
Serve as a technical leader within the team, guiding and mentoring junior developers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals and priorities.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Agile Environment:
Work within an agile development framework, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
Prioritize and manage workload effectively to deliver high-quality solutions within sprint timelines.
Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the development team.
Qualifications:
6+ years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator
6+ years' of experience in PHP development
6+ years' experience WordPress site management
