Our client, owner of several multi-family residential communities, is hiring a
Property Manager
to manage the property locations in
Queens and in western Nassau County, NY
within approximately 10 miles west of the Queens / Nassau County border. Annual salary approximately $85k to $92,500 plus company-paid expenses, gasoline, etc. and lease payments for a company car, including car repairs and maintenance, plus a terrific benefits package including medical and dental coverage plans and a 401k match. Responsibilities
Visiting residential locations Managing and organizing vendors that perform maintenance and repairs to residential housing and building infrastructure, order supplies and materials, etc. Supervising staff who work on site at the residential properties Communicating with residents / renters, vendors, staff, etc. Required:
3+ years of residential rental property management experience covering Queens and Long Island Strong knowledge of NYS residential housing rental laws and regulations, including rent stabilization Proficiency with repairs, upgrades, renovations and maintenance within residential rental housing / apartments and outside for the buildings themselves Strong experience leading and supervising others with excellent communication skills Exceptionally organized, with an ability to ensure smooth operations of all properties Excellent 'hands on' MS Office skills including Excel, Outlook and Word
