What You’ll Do Deliver exceptional service by answering customer calls, emails, and chats promptly and professionally

Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician dispatch efficiently

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our system

Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction at every interaction

What You Bring Experience: 1–2 years in a customer service or call center role

Detail-Oriented: Strong accuracy and organizational skills

Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
