**Resident Hearings Representative (**Compliance Specialist 3) **Location: Salem, Oregon (Hybrid)**
This is a limited duration position expected to last 12 months, with the possibility of extension based on budget approval. Limited duration positions are benefits-eligible and have a defined maximum length of service.As the **RFO Resident Hearings Representative**, you will represent residents in administrative hearings and ensure their rights are upheld. These hearings usually relate to a move out (eviction) notice a service provider issued the resident. In this role, you will: What We Are Looking For **Minimum Qualifications:**Five years experience doing administrative research that included compiling and evaluating facts to recommend management action, or making compliance or eligibility determinations with program guidelines and regulations. Three of the five years must be above the technical support level. Experience must include working in an administrative hearing or legal contested case environment.
