About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President and Senior Vice President of Global Marketing to spearhead the development and execution of innovative, modern brand and marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the global brand and product portfolio strategy, translating the brand vision into actionable marketing plans, and leading the annual global marketing calendar. This role demands a strategic storyteller with a passion for beauty and conscious luxury, who can deliver a cohesive 360° marketing plan across various channels, including digital, retail, PR, influencer, and experiential activations. The VP/SVP will also be tasked with owning the digital marketing and communications strategy, overseeing global influencer and advocacy strategies, and leading experiential marketing initiatives that bring the brand story to life.
Applicants must have extensive experience in global brand marketing within the beauty, wellness, or luxury consumer goods sectors, with a proven track record of leading 360° campaigns from concept to execution. A strong understanding of the retail beauty landscape and digital ecosystems is essential, as is the ability to manage global teams and retail partnerships. The role requires a leader who is passionate about beauty, culture, and storytelling, and who can build and mentor a high-performing marketing team while managing budgets and tracking ROI.
