What You’ll Own

Proactively generate qualified leads through outbound efforts (Cold Calling, Email, Social Selling).

Identify opportunities by uncovering prospect needs, generating interest, and securing meetings

Log, track, and provide disposition for each qualified lead

Own your success—meet or exceed lead targets and other key metrics.

Leverage prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and other sales enablement platforms

Collaborate effectively with the Sales Team to drive pipeline growth

Demonstrate strong selling, influencing, and relationship‑building skills to win prospects over

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree preferred, and relevant inbound/outbound sales experience

Resilient, driven, and results‑oriented

Strong ability to connect with, influence, and convert prospects

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, skilled in written/verbal communication with strong de‑escalation and problem‑solving skills

Empathetic with a customer‑focused approach

Self‑starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast‑paced environment with a proven ability to multi‑task and manage multiple projects at a time

Quick thinking, fast learning, and solution‑oriented, with an ability to think outside the box and see things through to resolution

Coachable, with a growth mindset and a drive to continuously improve

A customer value, ROI, and business outcome‑driven mindset

Prior experience with CRM tools is a plus (HubSpot preferred) and sales platforms (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.)

Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes equity and benefits.
