## Job Description# Change Management Senior Consultant**Location:** San Antonio, Texas (Onsite)
**Employment Type:** Contract* Support and refine the overall Change Management Strategy for the ERP transformation.* Develop actionable core change management deliverables, including sponsor roadmaps, people manager enablement plans, and communications and training strategies.* Create and execute extended change plans as needed, such as resistance management and sustainment plans.* Define success metrics, track adoption, and monitor the effectiveness of change over time.* Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses, translating insights into actionable plans.* Coach sponsors, people leaders, supervisors, and change coordinators to reinforce adoption.* Integrate change management activities into the overall project and implementation plan.* Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.* Ensure all change deliverables are properly documented, stored, and maintained in accordance with program standards.* 10+ years of experience in organizational change management.* Extensive experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations.* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Communications, Marketing, Organizational Leadership, or a similar discipline.* Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification from ACMP.* Familiarity with project management frameworks and full project life cycles.*Apex Systems is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
