Influencer Marketing Earned Coordinator.

This contract role supports influencer seeding programs across the company's brand portfolio. The position offers an excellent opportunity for an organized, creator landscape-savvy professional to join a leading organization.

Influencer Marketing Earned Coordinator Responsibilities:

Identify and verify influencers for seeding initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand safety and guidelines.

Develop creative concepts for gifting kits and manage product sourcing and specifications.

Oversee the complete execution of influencer mailer and seeding campaigns, including logistics and shipment tracking.

Coordinate with internal teams on approvals, compliance, and campaign communication.

Monitor and report on earned content performance across social media platforms.

Influencer Marketing Earned Coordinator Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in influencer seeding, gifting, or related influencer marketing roles.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube creator landscapes.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Excel and Captiv8 or similar tools; Canva skills are a plus.
