As the world’s most trusted provider of aviation analytics and insight, we are making bold investments in a multi‐year growth strategy—strengthening our market leadership, accelerating innovation, and expanding the value we deliver across the global aviation ecosystem.This is a high‐impact role at the centre of decision‐making in a globally recognised aviation data and analytics business at a moment of significant transformation.**What You’ll Lead****Customer-Led strategy and vision*** Own and continuously refine the multiyear portfolio strategy, aligned to Cirium’s growth vision* Outside-in product thinking, customer value discovery and a culture where teams anchor every decision in qualitative and quantitative customer insights* Maintain a strong presence across the aviation ecosystem, and own the voice of the customer internally – through attendance at industry events, customer forums, startup networks**Data and AI literacy*** Embed data ontology literacy across product teams, ensuring consistent definitions, metadata standards, and semantic structures that enable trusted, high-quality data products* Evaluate and guide AI-powered product opportunities, ensuring thoughtful application of machine learning, generative AI, and automation consistent with customer value and responsible AI principles**Cross-functional leadership and Execution Excellence*** Lead, coach, and develop a world-class product organization of Product Managers, User Experience designers, and Product Operations, entailing organisation design, career pathing and clear roles / responsibilities* Partner with Technology to accelerate delivery via agile, empowered squads, ensuring clear prioritization, effective governance, and measurable customer and commercial outcomes.* Partner with Innovation Team to bring transformational offerings to market* Collaborate with commercial teams to build value propositions, packaging, and pricing; support strategic deals and renewals with data driven product narratives.**Product Governance and Portfolio Management*** Establish robust product governance mechanisms for prioritization, investment, and management of trade-offs* Oversee product lifecycle management, from discovery to landing in the market, ensuring repeatable, customer-validated innovation and continuous improvement* Ownership of organisation design, continuous review and development of critical capabilities, and role modelling world-class customer-led product practices**About You****Product Management & Industry Expertise*** Significant experience (5+ years) in senior product management roles within data, technology, aviation, analytics, or related B2B information industries* Data, Ontology and AI-fluency – proven understanding of data analytics, AI, ML and GenAI use cases in Product Development* Demonstrated experience of scaling data or AI-powered products, and data / analytics product capabilities**Customer-led and broad business acumen*** Deep experience in customer-obsessed product leadership. Spending time with customers, assessing quantitative and qualitative value creation, and grounding decisions in real workflows and needs* Obsession with data-driven and commercial decision-making, with customer at the heart* Strong commercial lens on P&L levers, pricing strategy, value-based positioning and commercial implications of product decisions leading to profitable growth**Enterprise Leadership & Influence*** Proven experience operating in a global, matrixed environment, and developing prodict leaders to do the same
