Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and recruitment
Solid knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices within healthcare or senior living settings
Proven ability to manage investigations, resolve conflicts, and implement effective HR solutions
Strong business acumen with the skill to influence and collaborate across various organizational levels
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
Experience with HR systems such as Paycom is a plus
Demonstrated success in driving employee engagement and shaping positive workplace cultures
Capable of interpreting HR regulations and legal requirements with professionalism and tact
Responsibilities
Building collaborative relationships with leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee well-being
Guiding managers and staff through performance reviews, development plans, and policy adherence
Proactively addressing workplace issues, fostering morale, and promoting retention strategies
Supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, and orientation efforts across multiple facilities
Monitoring HR metrics and analyzing trends to inform strategic initiatives
Leading HR projects, research, and analytics to support organizational decisions
Ensuring compliance with employment laws and organizational policies
Participating in departmental meetings to identify HR opportunities and provide tailored support
