How You Will Make an Impact
The Marketing Analyst role will own the end-to-end measurement, reporting, and analysis of marketing activities—turning raw data into clear insights that drive strategy, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate impact on revenue.
What You Will Do
Marketing Performance Reporting:
Assist in implementing and maintaining a KPI framework across marketing and sales channels.
Contribute to the development of attribution models (e.g., last-touch, multi-touch) to help connect marketing activity to pipeline performance.
Insights & Analytics Support:
Analyze campaign data and performance trends to deliver insights and recommendations.
Support budget planning and campaign strategy with historical performance data and basic forecasting models.
Dashboard Development & Maintenance:
Build and maintain marketing dashboards in Power BI and related analytics platforms.
Ensure dashboards are accurate, timely, and user-friendly for marketers and business stakeholders.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, and IT to validate data alignment across platforms.
Contribute to executive and departmental reports, helping to consolidate marketing metrics and insights.
Data Quality & Optimization:
Monitor data quality and work to resolve inconsistencies in marketing and lead funnel reporting.
Help identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within the analytics workflow.
Qualifications
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
Experience with analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Analytics.
Exposure to marketing intelligence platforms such as Datorama, Looker, or Adobe Analytics.
Experience with CRM/MAP systems like Salesforce CRM or HubSpot is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful recommendations.
Effective communicator with experience presenting findings to a variety of stakeholders.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks or projects at once.
Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Driven by curiosity, improvement, and data-informed decision-making.
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others.
Strong familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suites.
Education / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, data science, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business insights, or a related discipline.
Proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience working with cloud-based data sources (e.g., Snowflake).
Experience with creating dashboards and visualizations for marketing teams.
