
Advertising & Marketing Associate Attorney (3–5 Years Experience) – New York, NY

Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on advertising and marketing campaigns from concept through execution
Counsel clients on regulatory compliance, including FTC guidelines and state consumer protection laws
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
Provide legal guidance on contests, sweepstakes, and promotional marketing programs
Analyze issues related to copyright, trademark, and publicity rights
Represent clients in false advertising disputes and regulatory proceedings
Conduct legal research and apply relevant statutes to client strategies
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience as an Advertising & Marketing Attorney or related practice area
Strong background in regulatory compliance, marketing law, or media‑related legal matters
Admission to the New York Bar (NY Bar required)
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Strong communication and client service abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Certifications Admission to the New York Bar
