Senior Marketing Manager – Movies Amazon MGM Studios is looking for an experienced movies marketing strategy lead with a passion for building and managing global integrated film marketing campaigns. In this role, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive strategy on single titles. You will be responsible for developing the overall campaign strategy and working with the teams to help bring visions to life. You will have strong experience in film marketing from either theatrical or streaming, proven ability to develop multidisciplinary partnerships, and a seasoned track record of running multi‑channel campaigns for high‑profile releases. You will be expected to apply analytical insights and original creativity to deliver on effective marketing plans.
Key Job Responsibilities
Manage the strategic vision for single title movies by driving overall 360 marketing campaign strategy and planning for consumer campaigns in support of Amazon MGM Studios Original Movies, including creation of goals, defining audiences, positioning, campaign roadmaps, and the overall go‑to‑market strategy.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including creative advertising, social, media, partnerships, and Amazon owned channels.
Cultivate positive relationships with talent, producers, directors, external studios, and other relevant external stakeholders. Act as a trusted daily contact on holistic campaign activity and developments.
Work collaboratively with international marketing teams and local stakeholders to ensure overall go‑to‑market plans are successful globally.
Bring big ideas, obtain buy‑in, and effectively and efficiently implement ideas at scale.
Build strong collaborative relationships and alliances with key internal and external stakeholders and partners to prioritize and establish the team’s roadmap, delivering against clearly defined goals.
Build and create a wealth of team presentations for both internal and external meetings.
A Day in the Life Every day is full of new opportunities in the life of a Senior Marketing Manager: supporting multiple film launches at a time, presenting in large meetings, partnering with cross‑functional peers to collectively shape campaigns, and putting marketing plans into execution while collaborating on ongoing activity surrounding the global release. The Senior Marketing Manager should be prepared to regularly present and create presentations at key milestones on campaign, while also communicating externally to filmmakers on an ongoing basis to facilitate trusted relationships.
Basic Qualifications
6+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience.
7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience.
Experience building, executing and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs.
Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of time zones and languages.
Entertainment marketing experience, preferably in film.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross‑functional teams and agency partners.
Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint.
7+ years of Excel or Tableau experience (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.

The base salary range for this position is 118,200.00–160,000.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
