Join our Team at Mercy Medical Center - Now Hiring a Director of Operations II for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery!
Responsibilities Provide oversight and strategic planning for Key Surgical Specialty. Provide direction and lead new initiatives within Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery and the Women’s Center. Responsible for physician recruitment as well as budget development, allocation and monitoring for all areas of responsibility. Development of management team and identifying opportunities for growth. Recruitment of all support staff to include hiring, training and retention. In collaboration with Finance and Supply Chain VP, conducts financial analysis of all areas of responsibility and identifies key spend areas for reduction in cost.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred. Relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience in a Surgical Breast and Plastics Program is highly desired
A minimum of 6 years of healthcare management experience required.
Min USD $44.39/Hr.
Max USD $79.90/Hr.
Salary Information Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
