Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Manager based in Katy, TX. The Senior Property Manager will oversee day-to-day property operations, manage tenant relations, ensure property maintenance, and develop budgets. The role involves optimizing property performance, ensuring compliance with regulations, resolving tenant issues, coordinating leasing activities, and supervising staff. Collaboration with other departments and stakeholders is essential.
Qualifications
Experience in property management, tenant relations, and lease administration
Strong financial acumen, budgeting capabilities, and analytical skills
Proficiency in supervising teams and managing property maintenance operations
Knowledge of local and federal property regulations, contracts, and compliance standards
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
Relevant certifications such as CPM (Certified Property Manager) or similar are an advantage
