Position Overview Joyce is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to take ownership of our lead generation efforts across both events and neighborhood marketing while developing a high-performing team.

This is a hands‑on, field-based leadership role where you will generate leads, set appointments, and coach your team to consistently exceed performance goals. Events provide immediate lead volume while neighborhood canvassing is the primary driver of growth in this role. You will be expected to lead from the front in both environments, with a strong emphasis on building and scaling canvassing efforts within your market.

This position is designed for individuals who are competitive, performance‑driven, and motivated by income and growth.

Compensation This role is built for high performers who want control over their income

Compensation Includes

Base salary: $60,000

Total compensation: $75,000 – $95,000+ (base + bonuses)

$500/month car allowance

$100/month phone allowance

Uncapped performance bonuses tied to individual and team results

What You’ll Do

Generate leads and set appointments through event marketing (home shows, retail activations, and local events)

Lead and participate in neighborhood canvassing efforts on a consistent weekly basis

Lead from the front with strong personal production

Recruit, train, and develop a team of field marketers

Manage day-to-day performance across events and canvassing efforts

Coach team members in real time to improve results

Oversee scheduling, territory planning, and event execution

Track performance and ensure team meets or exceeds lead and appointment goals

Support event setup, teardown, and field operations as needed

You’ll Be a Good Fit If You Have

2+ years of experience in lead generation, canvassing, or event marketing

Leadership experience or a strong desire to step into a management role

Confidence working in the field and leading by example

Strong communication and coaching skills

Willingness to travel within your assigned market

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

A competitive, results‑driven mindset

Ability to lift and set up tents, tables, banners, and basic event equipment
