As a Junior AT&T Account Representative, you will represent one of the nation’s most trusted wireless brands while helping customers find the products and services that keep them connected. Each customer interaction is a chance to deliver excellent service, strengthen relationships, and make a meaningful impact on both your customers and your career as a Junior AT&T Account Representative.

As a Junior AT&T Account Representative, your responsibilities will include:

Greet and engage directly with customers in retail environments with a professional, friendly approach

Learn about each customer’s needs and recommend AT&T products that best fit their lifestyle

Explain wireless plans, features, and promotions in clear, customer-focused language

Guide customers through activations, upgrades, and account setup processes

Track sales progress and maintain accurate records of customer activity

Collaborate with your Junior AT&T Account Representative team to achieve goals and create a positive retail experience

What you’ll bring to the team as a Junior AT&T Account Representative:

B.A. or B.S. in Communications, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or a related field

Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with customers

A professional appearance and a results-driven mindset

The ability to adapt quickly, stay organized, and maintain focus in busy retail settings

0-3 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service is helpful (but not required)

A desire to build a career with growth potential and long-term stability

A high school diploma or equivalent

The ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
