Barstool Sports is seeking an Associate Producer focused on a multitude of Chicago based brands. The ideal candidate will be hands‑on at every step of the production process for multiple concurrent projects. This role relies on editorial proficiency, a keen eye for detail, and willingness to travel for on‑site productions. You must be able to work on‑site in Chicago, be flexible with travel, open to working nights and weekends, and provide a reel or portfolio of work.
What You’ll Do
Responsible for pre & post‑production as well as the delivery of a multitude of shows, videos, podcasts, and social clips
Work on various types of productions ranging from studio shows, run‑and‑gun content, vlogs, interviews, Man/Women on the street, and more.
Work directly with talent to develop highly produced content.
Work directly with other production staff in the Chicago office
Be forward thinking and problem‑solve production/scheduling issues.
What You Have
Minimum 2+ years experience.
Strong knowledge of our female lead brands including but not limited to Plan Bri, Micropod, & ItGirl.
The ability to craft a compelling narrative that aligns with our brand ethos.
Knowledge about Barstool Sports and our content.
Sense of urgency and knowledge of production timelines.
Background in shooting.
Organizational and collaborative skills, as well as an ability to prioritize, are a must.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Flexibility to travel for shoots and productions, as needed.
An up‑to‑date production reel showcasing your work.
Salary Range: $65,000 – $70,000
