Ashley Furniture - 17022 State Road 50 - Responsibilities: Greet all customers in a warm, professional manner representing Ashley's brand image; Provide exceptional customer service through all interactions including in-person, phone, and email communications; Sales Order Support: Assist with processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required documentation is complete, and proper approvals are obtained before finalizing transactions; Customer Account Management: Process customer credit applications, assist with financing arrangements, and maintain accurate customer account information in retail management systems; Cash Handling & Financial Procedures: Follow established cash handling procedures, process payments accurately, and reconcile transactions according to company policies under Office Manager supervision
