Job Description
Formulate, organize, and coordinateinter-connected projects across multiple departments and geographies.
Leverage prior experience or progressively buildexpertise in IT applications such as ERP, SaaS, and enterprise platforms, aswell as emerging technologies including AI/ML, IoT, and RPA, as relevant toclient environments.
Leverage or develop functional understanding ofbusiness processes, with strong preference for Supply Chain domains, includingprocurement, planning, logistics, manufacturing, sales & distribution,finance, retail, and eCommerce.
Lead Project / Program Management forlarge-scale corporate IT programs and enterprise implementations, includingsupply chain and procurement product implementations.
Own end-to-end responsibility for planning,resource management, risk and issue management, stakeholder management, andproject reporting.
Identify and drive improvement and efficiencyopportunities across programs and projects.
Implement project reviews and quality assurancepractices to ensure successful delivery and high stakeholder satisfaction.
Act as the primary liaison between seniorbusiness stakeholders and technology teams to ensure alignment and businessvalue realization.
Establish and run large initiatives throughstructured program and project governance frameworks.
Define and document project objectives, scope,assumptions, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans. Develop high-levelproject plans with milestones and timelines.
Create and manage detailed project planscovering tasks, resources, timelines, dependencies, and status tracking. Ensuretimely execution and optimal resource utilization.
Manage proactive and structured communicationwith clients, vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Own on-time, in-scope delivery of projectoutcomes. Perform periodic risk assessments and manage escalations effectively.
Measure and communicate project performanceusing standard metrics and reporting mechanisms. Maintain comprehensive andreusable project documentation.
Requirements RequiredSkills & Experience
Strong experience in IT Project Management withexcellent stakeholder management capabilities.
Supply Chain experience preferred, especially inprocurement, planning, or enterprise supply chain environments.
Hands-on experience in supply chain procurementproduct implementations (ERP or SaaS-based).
Proven experience managing large-scale ERP orSaaS implementations.
Experience working in Waterfall, Agile, and/orHybrid delivery models.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planningskills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills,with the ability to work across cross-functional and global teams.
Prior exposure to FMCG IT programs is an addedadvantage.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft tools(Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
EducationalQualifications
Strong academic background from reputedengineering and/or management institutions.
6–12 years of relevant experience inproject/program management.
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, CSPO,SAFe, or equivalent are preferred. This is the correct one
