POSITION SUMMARY As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, this role leads the analysis and development of the company’s long-term business strategy, including organic initiatives and inorganic opportunities through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. This role is responsible for shaping and formalizing the company’s long-term vision, working cross-functionally to identify high-impact opportunities, and managing the full lifecycle of M&A transactions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning

Research, Develop, and recommend corporate strategy aligned with business objectives.

Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive initiatives that advance organizational strategic priorities.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and portfolio reviews to identify growth opportunities.

Work cross-functionally to optimize capital allocation

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of acquisition targets.

Lead due diligence across financial, operational, and legal workstreams.

Develop business cases and strategic rationale for transactions.

Negotiate deal terms and oversee closing processes.

Integration Management

Own the corporate integration playbook and lead post-merger integration planning.

Monitor synergy realization and ensure smooth cultural and operational alignment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Finance, Legal, Operations, Human Resources, and Business Units to execute strategic initiatives

Prepare executive-level presentations for Board and leadership discussions.

Periodically evaluate the success of implemented initiatives.

External Engagement

Maintain relationships with investment banks, consultants, and industry networks to stay informed on market trends.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity, or M&A leadership roles.

Proven track record of managing complex transactions and strategic projects.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.

PREFERRED SKILLS

Expertise in financial modeling and valuation.

Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for transactions.

Experience in post-merger integration and change management.
