Real Estate Commercial Loan Officer
Position will be based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Responsibilities
Generate and service a wide variety of Real Estate Commercial loans to Homebuilder companies.
Aggressively seek and obtain quality new business through client and prospect calls, referrals, and cross-selling efforts.
Represent the Bank in the community and respective marketing areas to develop and grow new loan business.
Interview clients for various loan needs.
Monitor credit performance and take necessary actions as needed.
Build and maintain relationships, achieving a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
1+ years credit-associated lending or 3 years related experience.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualification.
Knowledge of commercial real estate and/or construction lending helpful. Familiarity with the sales and closing process helpful.
Ability to develop and service new customers.
Good analytical, credit-analysis and loan-structuring skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interview clients.
Must have perceptive character judgment.
Working knowledge of software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
