$75,000–$90,000 (negotiable based on experience)
A well-established Florida law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join its St. Petersburg office. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced transactional environment and wants to be part of a collaborative, in-office team.
This position is on-site at the firm's St. Petersburg office for the first 90 days, with a hybrid schedule available after that.
What You'll Do: Draft and review documents for attorney finalization across a range of commercial real estate matters. Conduct record searches, UCC searches, and order title searches. Review title commitments and surveys for accuracy and exceptions. Manage e-filings and recordings with county and state agencies. Maintain critical date schedules across multiple active transactions. Support the purchase and sale of commercial properties from contract through closing. Assist with commercial leasing matters and affordable housing transactions. Coordinate with clients, lenders, opposing counsel, title companies, and government agencies to keep deals on track.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a real estate paralegal, preferably in commercial transactions. Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume workloads without missing deadlines. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Professional demeanor with confidence interacting directly with clients and attorneys. Team-oriented with a proactive, service-driven mindset. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability. Ability to learn and effectively use both new and traditional software platforms.
Preferred: Florida Registered Paralegal designation or paralegal certification. Demonstrated job stability and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
