Job Title
Inspection and Packaging Operator I
Responsibilities and Duties
Perform the inspection and packaging of all finished goods in accordance with established procedures and specifications, following Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Safety, and Standard Operating Procedures.
Operate automatic and/or semi‑automatic inspection equipment, maintaining equipment uptime and minimizing downtime, and perform manual and semi‑automated inspections for liquid and lyophilized products, including syringes.
Operate automatic and semi‑automatic packaging equipment, maintaining equipment uptime and minimizing downtime, and perform manual and semi‑automated packaging of syringes and combination products when required.
Clean all packaging, assembly, and inspection lines according to procedures.
Verify components against the packaging process order.
Complete accurate documentation required before line start‑up and during the packaging process, following good documentation practices and delivering it on time.
Perform housekeeping and handle waste according to procedure.
Inspect the quality and accuracy of all data printed during inspection, assembly, and packaging processes.
Detect discrepancies during the packaging process and perform reworks/re‑inspections as required by procedures.
Attend mandatory training meetings for cGMPs, EHS, and company policies.
Participate in special projects, audits, regulatory inspections, and assist manufacturing activities in other areas within operations as required.
Compensation Overview Manati – PR – US: $* – $* per hour (full‑time employee basis). Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities may be available upon eligibility.
