Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member
to help grow our award-winning office. In this role, you’ll connect with prospective and current customers, help them understand their coverage options, and build long-term relationships that drive the business forward.
We’re looking for someone who is confident, motivated, and energized by sales. If you enjoy helping people, know how to build trust quickly, and want to be part of a high-performing team, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Build relationships with new and existing customers
Prospect for new business through calls, referrals, networking, and follow‑up
Recommend insurance solutions based on each customer’s needs
Assist customers with applications, renewals, and policy reviews
Handle customer questions and provide timely responses
Maintain accurate records and stay organized with follow‑up
Work closely with the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and earn trust quickly
Sales‑minded, competitive, and motivated by results
Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple conversations and priorities
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred
Willingness to get licensed if not already licensed
Compensation 55,000 - 75,000 per year
Base salary + commissions + bonuses
