Summary of Position The Wholesale Senior Specialist supports the Commercial Team Sr. Manager and Sr. Director with sales and merchandising strategies to build overall brand awareness, meet/exceed sales plans, and achieve long-term growth and profitability for Morphe inside ULTA Beauty U.S. and International. The Wholesale Sr. Specialist will be responsible for supporting the ULTA Beauty business team with administrative tasks and act as a liaison between cross-functional departments & the retail channel while owning all data content set up and supporting channel strategies for new product launches and core business.
Principal Accountabilities
Own end-to-end product setup, internal and retailer assortment catalogs, and merchandising execution
Own and execute SKU setup in Ulta PIM portals (U.S. & International) while maintaining accurate retailer assortment files
Own and execute all planogram update milestones amongst Ulta’s MTT portal. Inclusive of uploading add/delete, schematics, disposition strategy and VM elements.
Partner on Visual Merchandising strategy to enhance in-store and online performance
Partner with VM Team to ensure accuracy amongst all schematic files
Own and maintain Ulta.com (U.S & International) retailer store front presence
Build and update PDP pages with accurate product copy, imagery, and assets
Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Copy, and Marketing teams to ensure timely and best-in-class execution
Maintain marketing calendars and promotional plans
Update and communicate channel marketing calendars and key changes
Facilitate product launches and ongoing channel strategies
Support new launch execution including timelines, documentation, and assortment updates
Maintain brand plans, assortment files, and launch recaps for internal tracking and historical reference
Track key milestones including retailer launch dates and marketing activations
Support sales reporting, analysis, and business insights
Pull, update, and distribute weekly and monthly sales reports
Analyze performance trends across core and new products and share key learnings
Assist in developing reporting materials for internal and external stakeholders
Partner cross-functionally to drive execution and alignment
Work closely with Wholesale, Marketing, Social, Creative, and Operations teams
Support alignment of merchandising, promotional, and marketing strategies across channels
Help manage timelines, workflows, and key deliverables across projects
Manage inventory, comps, and operational requests
Execute inventory and comp requests for marketing programs, events, education, and testers
Decide, track and manage non-sellable inputs and support inventory optimization initiatives
Support annual Market meetings, retailer events and brand activations
Coordinate logistics, materials, and communication for retailer events and initiatives
Assist in managing vendors, event documentation, and execution details
Acts as a liaison between internal teams and retail partners
Serve as a point of contact for retailer requests, questions, and issue resolution
Build and maintain strong cross-functional and external relationships
Coordinate meetings, communications, and presentations
Organize meetings, agendas, and recaps
Develop presentations, reports, and shared documents to support the Wholesale team
Support overall Wholesale operations and business initiatives
Contribute to ad hoc projects, reporting, and process improvements
Provide flexible support across the team to meet evolving business needs

Key Working Relationships
Primary working relationship with Senior Manager to support Senior Director
Develop strong relationships with cross functional partners including Brand, Visual Merchandising, Sales Operations, Social and Marketing to help develop and build sales strategies as it directly relates to the Wholesale business, along with Demand Planning and DC Logistical partners to see through relevant activity
Assists the Senior Director of Wholesale and Wholesale Senior Manager with relevant ad hoc projects including reporting analysis, promotional activity, sales trends, market week decks and milestone meeting preparation
Serves as a 'proxy' for Wholesale Senior Manager, attending and contributing in both retailer and internal meetings when needed

The salary range reflected here is for positions based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
