Role Description This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent, based in Greater Houston with some flexibility for remote work. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties by providing expert market analysis, superior customer service, and seamless transaction management. Responsibilities include conducting property showings, preparing and presenting market analyses, drafting contracts, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong client relationships. As part of an elite team, the agent will also collaborate with Nan Studios and utilize exclusive marketing tools to elevate property listings.

Qualifications

Expertise in market analysis, comparative market research, and understanding market trends.

Proficient in negotiation, drafting contracts, and closing real estate transactions.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills.

Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting while collaborating with a team.

Familiarity with luxury real estate markets and understanding of high-end client service expectations.

Proficient in utilizing digital tools and platforms for real estate marketing and prospecting.

Active Texas real estate license and a strong network within Greater Houston.

Professional integrity, excellent organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
