Position Overview We are seeking licensed and experienced insurance professionals who are ready to take the next step in their careers by stepping into an agency opportunity with Farmers Insurance.

This role is designed for individuals who have a strong background in insurance sales and are looking to transition into leading their own agency operation, supported by an established district office, proven systems, and ongoing mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow an insurance book of business

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies

Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty license (required)

Life & Health license (preferred or willingness to obtain)

Prior experience in insurance sales or agency environment

Strong leadership, communication, and business acumen

Self‑motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals

Ability to pass background and credit check

Financial readiness to support agency operations, including staffing and marketing

Compensation Expected income of $50,000 - $100,000+ per year (combination of commissions, bonuses, and agency performance)
