We are currently looking for a Senior Digital Asset Specialist to join our team in Holland, MI.

As a Senior Digital Asset Specialist you will:

Lead the implementation and execution of comprehensive digital strategies. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and completeness within the digital asset management system, including asset lifecycle.

Essential Functions

Implement Digital Marketing Solutions: Develop and implement digital marketing solutions to support business objectives and drive online growth.

Lead Digital Marketing Projects: Lead and manage complex digital marketing projects, overseeing all aspects from planning to execution.

Assist in Developing Digital Marketing Policies and Procedures: Support the creation and maintenance of digital marketing policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and compliance.

Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to drive digital marketing initiatives.

Provide Digital Marketing Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in digital asset management, providing guidance and support to other team members.

Stay Current of Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to recommend innovative and creative solutions.

Manage the Digital Asset Lifecycle: Handle ingestion, metadata assignment, review, approval, storage, and archival.

Cataloging and Taxonomy Management: Structure the library, tag assets, and maintain naming conventions in the Digital Asset Management system.

Metadata Administration & Optimization: Ensure searchability by managing custom properties and AI-driven tagging.

DAM System Administration: Configure permissions, user access, and system integrations.

Train and support users.

Adherence to copyright laws, privacy laws, and ethical standards when acquiring and providing access to digital materials. Ensure secure handling of sensitive or restricted content.

Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.

Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.

Performs other duties within scope as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Library Science, Information Science, Business, or similar field of study.

5 years direct experience in digital asset management with Bachelor’s Degree OR 3 years related experience with Master’s Degree.

Applicants must be able to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.

Applicants must possess an unrestricted right to work in the US to be eligible for this position.

Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience if no post-secondary education.
