Regional Property Manager- Covering Alabama & Mississippi Properties
Ready to lead, grow, and make an impact? We’re looking for a dynamic Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 7 communities (1,188 units) and drive performance, team success, and resident satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and support on-site teams across multiple properties
Drive financial performance and ensure accurate reporting
Oversee leasing, marketing, and maintenance operations
Keep properties running smoothly, safely, and in compliance
Analyze market trends and implement smart strategies for growth
What You Bring:
3+ years of property management experience
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with Yardi Voyager/Rent Café (preferred)
Solid Excel and Microsoft Office skills
A passion for customer service and team development
