Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and eager Influencer Talent Manager to join our growing team. This individual will play a crucial role in building our fast‑paced start‑up, with the opportunity to be mentored by a talent industry leader and quickly advance to a full Talent Manager role, signing your own talent and independently managing accounts.
This position is hybrid/remote but local to Nashville, TN, with regular in‑person meetings and events within the surrounding areas as part of a typical workweek. Domestic travel could be up to 10%.
Previous experience as an Influencer Manager is required.
Key Responsibilities

Talent Management & Growth Strategy

– Serve as the day‑to‑day manager for influencer clients, overseeing all aspects of their growth, creative strategy, and brand positioning. Provide guidance on content performance, audience analytics, and creative direction beyond brand deals.
Influencer Recruitment & Development

– Identify and recruit new influencers to join the talent roster, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Assist in developing their personal brand and optimizing their content strategy.
Brand Outreach, Partnerships & Deal Flow

– Proactively source and pitch brand partnership opportunities for clients, engaging with both cold and warm leads. Develop strong relationships with brands and agencies, crafting compelling proposals that align influencers with brand objectives. Maintain a structured tracking system to update clients on outreach efforts and secured deals.
Relationship Management

– Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with talent, serving as their advocate and main point of contact for brand deals, negotiations, and career development.
Brand & Campaign Strategy

– Collaborate with influencer clients to develop innovative marketing strategies, ensuring brand collaborations align with their personal brand and audience. Oversee content timelines and expectations to ensure successful execution.
Campaign Performance & Analytics

– Track and analyze campaign performance, providing talent and brands with insights on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI. Use data to optimize future brand deals and influencer strategies.
Industry Trend Monitoring & Networking

– Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to help talent remain competitive. Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and brand meetings to expand talent and business opportunities.
Administrative & Operational Support

– Assist in day‑to‑day business operations, including contract management, scheduling, and general administrative duties that support influencer growth and brand partnerships.
The Ideal Candidate Is

Hungry, Motivated, and Goal‑Driven

– A self‑starter with a passion for sales and business growth. Thrives in a fast‑paced environment, motivated by achieving and exceeding goals.
Experienced with Strong Industry Knowledge

– 2‑4 years of experience in talent management, sales, marketing, brand management, client services, or public relations, with at least 2 years in a client‑facing role. Must have a finger on the pulse of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging influencer marketing strategies.
Sales & Relationship Management‑Focused

– Someone who loves to sell and values building long‑term relationships. Proven ability to establish, maintain, and grow professional client and brand partnerships. Experience with contract negotiation and legal aspects of influencer agreements is a plus.
Creative & Strategic Thinker

– A forward‑thinking professional who can turn challenges into opportunities and develop innovative strategies for influencer growth and brand partnerships.
Detail‑Oriented & Highly Organized

– Reliability and organization are key. Must be detail‑oriented with exceptional time‑management skills, able to juggle multiple talent relationships and brand deals with precision.
Positive & Has a Professional Work Ethic

– Brings determination, enthusiasm, and a team‑oriented mindset to the workplace. Must be highly professional in communication, adaptable to different personalities, and a strong advocate for talent.
Technically Proficient

– Experience with Canva, Excel, CRM systems, and social media tools preferred. Canva and contract negotiation experience are a plus.

Compensation Package Includes

Eligibility for discretionary bonus/commission, subject to the terms and conditions in the commission plan document (to be discussed at 30‑day evaluation).
Comprehensive health insurance coverage is provided, including medical, dental, and vision plans. Employee contributions toward premiums may apply; full details will be provided upon onboarding.
Monthly cellphone stipend.
