Accuracy and follow-up to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Project Management:
Proven ability to manage projects, timelines, and cross-functional coordination effectively
Export Operations:
Hands-on experience with export processes, including freight bookings
Time Management:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints.
Qualifications:
Must be able to commute everyday onsite to Lake Zurich, IL
Minimum of 2 years of product based customer service experience
Strong technical skills and familiarity with SAP or Salesforce a plus
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior leadership and international stakeholders
Professional business correspondence and follow-up to utilize different software platforms
