Job Summary LHH is working with a consumer packaged goods company in Dayton, NJ that is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative on a temporary to possible permanent basis. This role is fully in office with hours from Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM with a 1‑hour break. The qualified candidate must have order entry experience into SAP. The hourly rate is $25/hr.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers

Manually enter customer orders into SAP for processing, ensuring all details are accurate to avoid order issues

Process return requests in SAP

Keep track of customer conversations in Salesforce

Provide updates to management regarding customer updates

Answer questions from customers as it pertains to orders, shipments, and issues

Required Experience

High School Diploma required

SAP ERP experience is required

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Extremely detail oriented

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
