Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service. Record customer orders and collect monies as appropriate. Develop new business-to-business sales and relationships. Build repeat business. Perform routine fleet checks of tires. Assess and determine customer’s needs. Recommend products and solutions to meet the customer’s needs. Have a good working knowledge of current products and offerings, as well as competitions. Be able to overcome objections. Work to resolve and customer problems/complaints. Able to work independently. Effectively document all interactions with prospective customers. Job duties can change as the need arises.

Qualifications

HS Diploma or equivalent

1 year sales experience

Commercial Tire/Automotive background a plus, but not necessary.

Competitive, assertive, wants to win, determined.

Friendly, outgoing, people-oriented.

Fast paced environment, which requires adaptability and flexibility.

Be personally responsible, self-motivated with high integrity.
