Sales Arborist

As a Sales Arborist, you will leverage your expertise in arboriculture and your relationship-building skills to drive business growth. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a passionate team, provide expert guidance to clients, and play a key part in the continued success of a well-established company in the tree care industry.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining long‑term relationships to address their tree care needs.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calling, networking, and community engagement.

Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate tree health, diagnose issues, and recommend appropriate care solutions.

Develop and present customized proposals and bids that align with client requirements and project specifications.

Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and high client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and project progress using the company’s CRM system.

Recommend additional services to clients that enhance satisfaction and support business growth.

Qualifications

ISA Certified Arborist

Bachelor’s degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, or a related field preferred

Proven success in sales within the tree or landscape industry

Strong knowledge of arboriculture practices, tree care techniques, and tree species

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and team members

Self‑motivated and results‑oriented

Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office and / or Google Suite

Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR

Open to relocation assistance
