Job Description
The Porter complements quality repairs by cleaning customer vehicles prior to vehicle delivery. They maintain the appearance and cleanliness of shop and office facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the office, including daily emptying of garbage cans, cleaning the floors, and dusting the countertops and work area.
Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area, emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and placing tools and equipment in their proper location.
Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary.
Pre‑wash customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning.
Exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete.
Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.
Education and Experience
High School diploma / GED preferred.
Ability to multitask.
Automotive experience preferred.
Clear close vision required.
18 years or older.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong attention to detail.

Trustworthy and Reliable.
Willingness to learn.
Other Physical Requirements
Pulling/pushing, carrying.
Walking 5+ miles.
Sitting.
Standing 5+ minutes.

Lift up to 50 pounds.
Withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts.
