We are searching for an experienced, Part Time Dealership Host/Hostess for our Lexus of Manhattan location.
The
Dealership Host
is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for clients and supporting in‑house team members by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of shared spaces, offering refreshments, and managing inventory of hospitality supplies. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining the dealership's standards.
Rate: $24-$25 per hour plus tips
Position Overview Primary Responsibilities
Client and Team Interaction
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate area or staff member.
Offer and serve coffee, tea, snacks, and soft drinks to clients and in‑house team members as needed.
Hospitality Area Maintenance
Ensure the lobby, lounge, and refreshment areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the day.
Perform light tidying in these areas, including wiping surfaces, clearing trash, and restocking supplies.
Inventory Management
Take regular inventory of refreshments, snacks, and other hospitality supplies.
Rotate stock to ensure freshness and remove expired items.
Communicate supply needs or restocking requirements to the appropriate person.
General Support
Assist with small event setups or meeting preparations as requested.
Respond to team or client requests related to the hospitality area promptly and professionally.
Requirements
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
Familiarity with basic inventory management processes is a plus.
This role involves frequent interaction with clients and team members in a dynamic dealership environment.
Candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks, such as stocking and tidying.
