Role Description We are seeking a full-time Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in Toms River, NJ. This is an on-site role that involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Primary responsibilities include conducting property tours, negotiating transactions, preparing contracts, staying updated on market trends, and building strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent service.

Qualifications

Experience or skills in Real Estate Sales and Real Estate transactions

Possession of a valid Real Estate License

Proficiency in Customer Service and relationship-building techniques

Strong Sales acumen and ability to meet and exceed quotas

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of the local real estate market in Ocean County, NJ is a plus

Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
